Hi
I'm Ori, a photographer based in London and Paris, I grew up between sunny Lisbon and Tel-Aviv and began my love affair with photography when I was six years old, I used disposable cameras to capture quirky images of my friends, trees, and even my Star Wars action figures.
The magic of freezing moments in time truly captivated me, sparking my passion for creating imagery through my own eye. While photography remained a constant passion, my childhood dream actually was to become a punk rock musician, heavily influenced by my love for rock music, which still plays a big role in shaping my visual style.
After studying in Milan, Italy, I found myself in London, where fate led me to an internship at Wonderland Magazine and later as an assistant to the menswear editor at I-D Magazine. Seeking a change of scenery, I made my way to L.A., where the cosmic forces aligned, allowing me to fulfill my childhood dream of starting a noise rock band with some incredible local musicians. Through that musical journey, my love for photography was rekindled.
My images embody quirkiness, attitude, and a bold, in-your-face aesthetic. I strive to create images that are raw, edgy, and totally queer.
